We’re getting ready to roll out an exciting new release packed with functionality that takes Yoxel Sync far beyond traditional mailbox syncing.
1️⃣ Introducing the Admin Sync Hub
Up until now, Yoxel Sync has been focused on user-level syncs—making sure each person’s email, calendar, and tasks are captured accurately in Salesforce.
With this release, we’re adding the Admin Sync Hub—a central place where Salesforce admins can:
- Manage org-wide syncs in addition to individual user syncs
- Configure new integrations
- Gain visibility into the health of all sync activity
2️⃣ Org-Level Reporting: See the Big Picture
Admins and sales ops can now pull reports across the entire org, starting with:
- Missing CRM contacts – Find emails and meetings with people who aren’t yet in Salesforce
- Past meetings – See if follow-up emails were sent and logged after key meetings
These reports are perfect for identifying gaps, improving CRM data quality, and making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
3️⃣ More Powerful Sync Options Ahead
Through the Admin Sync Hub, you’ll soon be able to:
- Enable email sync for users without a Salesforce license
- Sync Salesforce Tasks to Microsoft Planner
- Sync ERP contacts into Salesforce
